🌿 Registered Manager – Family Assessment Centre (Walsall)

£50,000 – £60,000 | Full-time | Permanent - Walsall

I’m working with a fantastic provider who is looking to appoint a Registered Manager for a well-established Family Assessment Centre based in Walsall, set in a lovely, calm location that genuinely supports positive outcomes for families.

The service is rated well, has a stable and experienced staff team, and provides high-quality assessments in a supportive, structured, and nurturing environment. This is very much a well-run service, not a turnaround role.

👩‍👧‍👦 The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for:

• An experienced Registered Manager, or
• A strong Deputy Manager ready to take the next step

You will be responsible for:

• The overall leadership and management of the Family Assessment Centre
• Ensuring high-quality, child-focused and family-centred assessments
• Maintaining Ofsted compliance and strong safeguarding practice
• Leading, supporting, and developing a committed staff team
• Working closely with local authorities and multi-agency professionals

✅ The Ideal Candidate

You will have:

• Experience within a Family Assessment Centre and/or children’s residential services
• A good working knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
• Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills
• Confidence managing quality, compliance, and staff teams
